These Donation Terms explain how donation inquiries submitted through Consider Donation are generally handled. Consider Donation is a brand and informational platform used in connection with Blue Water Surrender Inc, a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

General Donation Review

All proposed donations are subject to review before acceptance. Submission of a donation form, inquiry, or supporting documents does not guarantee acceptance of any asset.

Blue Water Surrender Inc may review proposed donations based on factors such as ownership, title status, condition, location, estimated costs, marketability, legal compliance, environmental concerns, transfer requirements, liens, and overall feasibility.

Who Receives the Donation

Blue Water Surrender Inc is the nonprofit entity that receives and manages applicable donations submitted through this website.

Consider Donation is used as the public-facing brand and intake platform for donation-related information and inquiries.

Vehicle and Small Boat Donations

Vehicle donations and certain small boat donations may be processed through Vehicles for Charity, a third-party donation processing partner. In those cases, users may be redirected to a form hosted on the partner’s website.

Once you leave this website and submit your information through a third-party platform, that third party’s terms, privacy policy, procedures, and documentation requirements apply.

Direct Donations to Blue Water Surrender Inc

Other donation types, including but not limited to aircraft, real estate, land, property, stocks, bonds, and other financial assets, may be reviewed and managed directly by Blue Water Surrender Inc through forms submitted on this website.

Ownership and Authority

By submitting a donation inquiry, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to act on behalf of the asset owner, and that you have the legal right to discuss, offer, or arrange donation of the asset described.

No Guarantee of Tax Deduction or Value

We do not guarantee any specific tax deduction, appraised value, sale outcome, timing, or financial benefit related to any donation. Donors are responsible for consulting their own legal, tax, and financial advisors regarding any donation.

Condition, Title, Liens, and Documentation

Acceptance of a donation may depend on clear ownership, available documentation, title status, transfer requirements, and whether the asset has sufficient value or feasibility for the organization to accept it.

Assets with unresolved title issues, ownership disputes, excessive liabilities, environmental issues, substantial transfer barriers, or other legal or practical concerns may be declined.

Sale, Use, or Disposition of Donated Assets

Accepted donated assets may be sold, transferred, auctioned, liquidated, retained for charitable use, or otherwise handled in a manner determined by Blue Water Surrender Inc or an authorized donation processing partner, consistent with applicable law and nonprofit operations.

Communication and Follow-Up

By submitting a donation inquiry, you consent to being contacted regarding the proposed donation by email, phone, or other reasonable communication methods related to the inquiry.

Right to Decline

Blue Water Surrender Inc and any applicable donation processing partner reserve the right to decline any proposed donation for any lawful reason.
